Head of Community Engagement & Business Growth | MASA (Multicultural Apprenticeship and Skills Alliance)
I’m passionate about creating real opportunities for underrepresented talent through apprenticeships and skills development. For over two decades, I’ve worked across the skills and employability ecosystem—building partnerships that open doors, remove barriers, and change lives.
Since the inception of the Multicultural Apprenticeship Awards in 2015, I’ve been deeply involved—initially as a brand ambassador, a member of judging panel and more recently was the Head Judge for past three years.
My driving focus has always been clear: dismantling barriers to sustainable work, championing social mobility, and doing the right thing. I’ve witnessed firsthand how apprenticeship pathways can transform individuals, families, and communities.
Before joining MASA, I held senior roles with NOCN, University of Roehampton, 2U, Workwhile, and AELP, where my work centred on workforce development, education partnerships, and capacity building.
Beyond my professional work, I serve as a board trustee and session volunteer for a local charity in Mid Sussex, tackling food poverty and reducing the environmental impact of food waste and landfills! My superpowers? Bringing people together through food, building authentic partnerships, and driving social impact that leads to meaningful, sustainable growth.
