Promoting Social Mobility, Diversity, Inclusion And Equity In Apprenticeships & Skills
Bringing About Positive And Lasting Change, Ensuring That Opportunities Are Accessible To All
The Multicultural Apprenticeship & Skills Alliance (MASA) is more than an organisation — it’s a movement. Established in 2017, MASA was created to address the significant under-representation of diverse communities in apprenticeships and skills development across the UK.
Our work is structured around three core pillars — Education, Engagement, and Advocacy & Policy — each designed to drive systemic change and create a more inclusive skills landscape for everyone.
Educate
Empowering individuals and communities with the knowledge, tools and resources to access apprenticeships and skills development opportunities.Engage
Building meaningful partnerships with employers, training providers, and community organisations to create pathways into quality apprenticeships.Elevate
Amplifying the voices of under-represented communities and championing policy changes that promote equity in skills development.Latest News & Updates
